+ WOMEN’S CIRCLE +

Join us to gather in sisterhood and co-create sacred space through diving into our creative expression. During our circle we will be honoring our connection to the Earth Mother, retreating into ourselves to reclaim our humanity and our intuitive wisdom. We will be exploring art making processes, shadow work, meditation, prayer and earth-based rituals to embody self-sovereignty. 

Together we will build a community medicine wheel and altar to honor our relation to Source, the Earth Mother, the Sacred 7 directions, our blood and spiritual lineage. We will open our circle with a collective prayer welcoming the Great Mystery and our elders, guardians, and guides to reveal all that needs to be revealed. Through guided meditation we will journey into our Shadow to illuminate an aspect of ourselves that is wounded and ready to be honored, accepted, and loved. The purpose of working with our Shadow is to walk a path of greater integrity and wholeness within ourselves. Working with the Shadow through our creative expression organically allows an alchemical process of transformation and transmutation to occur because we are communing with the fire medicine within. 

After the guided meditation we will dive into a creative practice, to explore different mediums within each circle gathering. Our creative expression will be our ally as we dive into shadow work, illuminating an aspect or archetype of our Shadow. This process will be led by your intuition and will be a creative meditation, in silence, in order to journey inwards as you create. We will be embodying our inner artist to reclaim our Shadow and move through the healing process with play, curiosity and an open heart. 

There will be time to share the archetypes that appeared to see the connection within our collective of women. (optional) 

We will close our sacred space with gratitude and prayer. I will offer our Tobacco prayers to Grandfather Fire, the Sacred Waters or the Earth Mother once the circle is closed. 

Each guest will leave with their personal art piece each circle and a creative ritual that can be incorporated into their healing practice.

* Please bring an organic/ natural offering to the Medicine Wheel. (Cacao nibs, flowers, herbs, fruit, seeds, sage, cedar, palo santo, sweet grass, feathers, shells, stones/ rocks etc.)
